Privacy notice

What we collect

This site collects only what you type into our contact form: your first and last name, your work email address, your company, and, if you choose to give them, your company website, your role and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive what you put in that message.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose: to answer your request. That means reading what you sent, preparing your Reachable Buyer Map if you asked for one, and replying to arrange a conversation about it. We do not add you to a list, and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for. Reply "stop" at any time and we will not contact you again.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months so we have a record of the conversation, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

We do not sell your details, rent them or trade them. They are seen only by the people working on your request and by the service that hosts this site and carries the form to us.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. The fonts load from a public font service, which receives the standard technical details any web request carries.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Write to dorothy.parsons@leadgenfirms.co, or send the request through our contact form, and we will act on it.
